通过对乐昌含笑和杉木人工林生物量和土壤肥力的调查,进行乐昌含笑人工林培肥土壤和涵养水源功能的研究,结果表明:营造乐昌含笑人工林后林地土壤水稳性团聚体含量增加,团聚体的稳定性增强,容重降低,总孔隙度增加,林地土壤结构、孔隙和养分状况得到不同程度的改善,乐昌含笑人工林具有比杉木林更好的培肥土壤功能;乐昌含笑叶的最大持水率明显高于杉木叶,其林分地上部分最大持水量是杉木林的1.14倍,同时由于乐昌含笑林土壤结构及孔隙状况的改善,林地蓄水能力增强,使得乐昌含笑人工林表现出比杉木林更好的水源涵养功能。  相似文献

香椿试管苗在不同培养条件下增殖速度明显不同.太行山香椿试管苗的最佳增殖条件为改良MS十SBA1.0十GA_32.0+IAA0.0;燕山香椿试管苗则为WPM+6BA1.0+GA_32.0+IAA0.0。试管苗的生根能力在IBA0.2~1.0的范围内逐渐提高.增殖倍数不同试管苗其K的摄入量、碳水化合物含量以及POD和EST同工酶图谱亦有明显差别。  相似文献

Increases in the proportion of amylose in the starch of wheat grains result in higher levels of resistant starch, a fermentable dietary fiber associated with human health benefits. The objective of this study was to assess the effect of combined mutations in five STARCH BRANCHING ENZYME II (SBEII) genes on starch composition, grain yield and bread-making quality in two hexaploid wheat varieties. Significantly higher amylose (∼60%) and resistant starch content (10-fold) was detected in the SBEII mutants than in the wild-type controls. Mutant lines showed a significant decrease in total starch (6%), kernel weight (3%) and total grain yield (6%). Effects of the mutations in bread-making quality included increases in grain hardness, starch damage, water absorption and flour protein content; and reductions in flour extraction, farinograph development and stability times, starch viscosity, and loaf volume. Several traits showed significant interactions between genotypes, varieties, and environments, suggesting that some of the negative impacts of the combined SBEII mutations can be ameliorated by adequate selection of genetic background and growing location. The deployment of wheat varieties with increased resistant starch will likely require economic incentives to compensate growers and millers for the significant reductions detected in grain and flour yields.  相似文献

The green algae Haematococcus pluvialis is an important source of natural astaxanthin as feed additive. This study was conducted to investigate the effects of dietary supplementation of H. pluvialis powder on gonadal development, coloration and antioxidant capacity of adult male Chinese mitten crab Eriocheir sinensis, and four experimental diets were formulated to contain 0, 0.2%, 0.4% and 0.6% of H. pluvialis powder. There were four treatments (defined as D1~D4) in this study and each treatment had three replicates. Dietary H. pluvialis contents had no significant effects on survival, body weight gain rate and gonadal development of male E. sinensis. For colour parameters, the total carotenoids content in carapace and hepatopancreas as well as hepatopancreatic lightness (L*) and carapace redness (a*) increased significantly with increasing dietary H. pluvialis (< 0.05). For the antioxidant indices in the serum, D4 had the lowest activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and peroxidase (POD), but the highest glutathione peroxidase (GSH‐Px) and lactic dehydrogenase (LDH), while the malondialdehyde (MDA) in serum and hepatopancreas decreased significantly with the rising content of dietary H. pluvialis (< 0.05); D1 had the highest levels of SOD, POD and GSH‐Px in hepatopancreas. For the non‐specific immune indices, the highest activities of acid phosphatase (ACP) and γ‐glutamyl transpeptidase (γ‐GT) were found on the serum of D3 and D4 (< 0.05). D1 had the highest levels of ACP and alkaline phosphatase (ALP) in hepatopancreas, while D2 and D3 had the lowest levels of ALP and ACP respectively. These results suggested the optimal dietary natural astaxanthin level was around 40 mg/kg diets.  相似文献

This study aimed to evaluate the contribution of protein oxidation to the changes in the water-holding capacity (WHC) and texture of bighead carp (Aristichthys nobilis) fillets under chilled and partial frozen storage (4°C and ?3°C). The results indicated that less protein oxidation occurred to fillets at ?3°C than at 4°C, which was reflected by the higher value of salt-soluble protein contents (SSP), total sulfhydryl content (SH), Ca2+-ATPase activity, lower water-soluble protein contents (WSP), total disulfide content (SS), and surface hydrophobicity (So-ANS). However, the fillets had better WHC and texture at 4°C, as well as lower drip loss and higher centrifugal loss, hardness, and springiness. A significant linear relationship existed between protein oxidation parameters with WHC and texture characteristics for fillets under both types of storage, but the process of freezing and then thawing, instead of protein oxidation, was the main factor affecting the texture and WHC of fillets at ?3°C.  相似文献

To assess changes in organic carbon pools, an incubation experiment was conducted under different temperatures and field moisture capacity (FMC) on a brown loam soil from three tillage practices used for 12 years: no‐till (NT), subsoiling (ST) and conventional tillage (CT). Total microbial respiration was measured for incubated soil with and without the input of straw. Results indicated that soil organic carbon (SOC) and microbial biomass carbon (MBC) under ST, NT and CT was higher in soil with straw input than that without, while the microbial quotient (MQ or MBC: SOC) and metabolic quotient (qCO2) content under CT followed the opposite trend. Lower temperature, lower moisture and with straw input contributed to the increases in SOC concentration, especially under NT and ST systems. The SOC concentrations under ST, with temperatures of 30 and 35°C after incubation at 55% FMC, were greater than those under CT by 28.4% and 30.6%, respectively. The increase in MBC was highest at 35°C for 55%, 65% and 75% FMC; in soil under ST, MBC was greater than that under CT by 199.3%, 50.7% and 23.8%, respectively. At 30°C, the lower qCO2 was obtained in soil incubated under NT and ST. The highest MQ among three tillage practices was measured under ST at 55% FMC, NT at 65% FMC and CT at 75% FMC with straw input. These data indicate the benefits of enhancing the MQ; the low FMC was beneficial to ST treatment. Under higher temperature and drought stress conditions, the adaptive capacity of ST and NT is better than that of CT.  相似文献

采用田间试验方法,研究抗旱性复混肥配方及其对土壤物理性质、持水量和马铃薯经济效益的影响,以期筛选出抗旱性复合肥最佳配方和施用量。结果表明:影响马铃薯产量的因素由大到小依次为:马铃薯专用肥废弃物组合肥保水剂,抗旱性复合肥最佳配方组合为废弃物组合肥3 000 kg/hm~2、保水剂37.50kg/hm~2、马铃薯专用肥2 230 kg/hm~2。随着抗旱性复混肥施用量的增加,土壤总孔隙度、持水量、马铃薯块茎质量和产量在增加,土壤容重在降低。经回归统计分析,抗旱性复混肥与马铃薯产量间的回归方程为:y=28.87+1.771 3x-0.035 4x2,最佳施肥量为5.28 t/hm~2,计算结果与田间施用抗旱性复混肥5.28 t/hm~2相吻合。  相似文献

以南美白对虾为试材,研究了不同太阳能干燥量(1、2、3、4 kg)对南美白对虾干燥速率、水分活度、硬度、弹性、咀嚼性、色泽、收缩率、复水率等品质特性和干燥能耗的影响。结果表明,干燥量越大,干燥速率越慢,干燥时间越长;不同干燥量干燥初期,南美白对虾的水分活度变化不明显,不同干燥量间差异不明显,当干燥到一定程度(干燥到5 h时),不同干燥量下水分活度出现显著差异(P<0.05);干燥量为3 kg与4 kg 时,南美白对虾干燥产品咀嚼性分别为137.41 mJ和131.06 mJ,显著优于其他干燥量(P<0.05);不同干燥量条件下,南美白对虾干燥后的色泽变化趋势不明显;干燥量3 kg与4 kg,干燥后的南美白对虾收缩率分别为22%和21.2%,复水率分别为73.0%和76.5%,收缩率显著低于、复水率显著高于其他干燥量(P<0.05);干燥量为3 kg,干燥时间为7 h时,总干燥能耗最低,为10.25 kWh,显著低于其他处理(P<0.05)。干燥量3~4 kg时,南美白对虾干燥产品的咀嚼性、色泽、收缩率、复水率等理化特性优于其他干燥量,干燥能耗低,适于干燥南美白对虾产品。  相似文献

运用InVEST模型,对甘肃祁连山自然保护区土壤保持现状与功能进行了定量评估,分析了不同土地利用、海拔高度、坡度以及土壤类型下的保土状况。结果表明:2015年甘肃祁连山自然保护区土壤侵蚀量与土壤保持量分别为1. 67×10^8t、4.21×10^8t。从侵蚀面积来看,保护区以微度和轻度侵蚀为主,占总面积的63.95%;虽草地的土壤保持能力弱于其他自然植被类型,但草地是土壤保持总量最高的土地利用类型;不同海拔梯度下的土壤保持总量随海拔增加呈现先增后减的趋势,保护区内海拔2 500~3 500 m的土壤保持功能最好;栗钙土的土壤保持量最高,黑毡土在草原土壤类型中土壤保持强度较低;坡度为15°~25°的区域土壤保持量最大,占土壤保持总量的31.93%;甘肃祁连山保护区生态系统减少泥沙淤积和减少土地废弃的价值分别为5. 76×10^8元和1. 44×10^8元,保护区内林草地保肥价值为9. 03×10^10元。  相似文献
